Just got to Nashville for that Iggles @ Titans. Gonna be a great weekend

 

Go to Corsair Distillery. Flat out best whiskey & whiskey cocktails I’ve ever had.

Pepperfire has the best hot chicken & sides of the 3 spots I’ve tried. Hattie B’s is amazing too but more crowded and I don’t like the sides as much.

You should also see if there’s a show you’d enjoy happening at The Cobra or The East Room or Crying Wolf. It’s Nashville. The local bands are DOPE.

All of those places I recommended are in East Nashville (same side of the river as Nissan Stadium). It’s basically the hip / local culture oriented / indie side of town with murals everywhere and shit. I love it there. If you make it to West Nashville, Centennial Park and the Parthenon art museum are totally worth it.

Oh and uh, just pay for parking. It’ll be outrageously expensive but just do it. Street parking hardly exists there and No Parking signs are NOT consistently clear. My car and TEN OTHERS got towed in the same afternoon on a block that didn’t even have a No Parking sign on it - the nearest sign was on the next block next to a loading dock, so obviously me and 9 other tourists thought it referred to the loading area only.

Hell yeah! Will definitely try to check out Corsair and Pepperfire. Thankfully I don't have to worry about any parking since I will not have a car this weekend. I've never been to Nashville so I'm pretty excited to dive into the music and bar scene over the next couple days.

Think my group is tryna hit up a dope brunch spot tomorrow. Any specific suggestions?

Shit. I’ve been following the TerrainUnoffical account this whole time.

 

Social media is annoying. Too saturated. Terrain “official” was the easiest way to have the same tag on every platform and also discourage other bands from using the same name haha.

On Facebook there’s like a Seattle nonprofit and this lawn furniture company each called Terrain. I’m the only music artist but I still can’t have @Terrain as a tag

People tell me all the time using “music” or “band” would be better, but when it was Terrain Music promoters would actually put Terrain Music on flyers which, is so much more corny lol. Its not, The Terrain Band *cringe*.

 

I don’t trust DVOA. In general if a statistic is too broad it can produce some weird results. I get that it considers a LOT of factors and data but that doesn’t mean it’s giving all of them an appropriate weight.

Sometimes algorithms can put so much value in certain specific areas of data, that the stat misses the big picture and isn’t an accurate reflection of the overall implication.

Translation: no way in hell the Jets are the 2nd most efficient team so far.

 

I'm not one to put full belief in those things either but the jets being top 3 really surprised me
