The set up of it is cool but the food isn't great

I like their versatility and their ice cream options but yeah I agree that the food quality isn't great

 

Popeyes is awesome and it destroys my stomach every time I have it and I don't give a fuck

 

Popeye's tenders are bomb

And so are their fries

But yeah I can only eat that once in a blue moon

 

It's too bad that you guys can't have Swenson's.

One opened locally and I think the first 100-200 people got free chi fil a for a year. I'd camp out for that if I had nothing better going on. I like chic fil a, but it's a little pricey for fast food.

 

It's making me want to eat a salad TBH

Definitely with sucking for a while it's hurt the overall footprint, but there are actually a lot of Browns fans. We had a massive Browns backers group in Chicago that will fill one of the two floors of a Wrigleyville bar/club every Sunday. That regionally makes sense. However, I had a friend that used work at Stanford and there was another big backers group out there too. Cleveland loves its Browns and with people moving all over for work these days, I think they are all over now. I think most big cities probably have a decent following, but in general Browns and Steelers fans tend to be everywhere.

I'm glad we are getting them on the west side now. One opened up a few months ago in North Olmsted and another is opening in Avon. Love getting a galley boy, potato teezers, and a california to drink.

 

I’m sorry, did my eyes deceive me or were we somehow acting like Whataburger or any fast food burger holds a candle to Five Guys

Grotto’s Pizza in Crofton Maryland. Good news: literally the best enormous jumbo wings I’ve ever had + like 70 TVs and Sunday Ticket

Bad news: get there at 1215 pm. Shit is bigger than most Buffalo Wild Wings and still gets SLAMMED


Now, I also worked at a restaurant near Annapolis called O’Loughlin’s and the owner was literally from Buffalo NY. While I’ve never had wings as meaty and fat as the ones at Grotto... in terms of sauce O’Loughlin’s was easily the best.
Super authentic plain buffalo sauce.

 

Never had Five Guys before. Whataburger is awesome and Smashburger gave me the runs.

 

Five Guys is known for daily fresh cut fries, fried in peanut oil which is way less fattening, thick handformed burgers with like 25 ingredient choices (most are no charge, others are like 25 cents) and it only ends up costing you McDonald’s meal prices.

Messy and hard to eat, for sure. But I think the quality is excellent. Just don’t get the double burger it’s overkill and nothing stays on the bun lol.

They also used to offer free peanuts so you could order the junior burger and still leave full. I think they charge for those now though.

Almost positive they started in the Washington DC area, when I started going I lived there and it was still somewhat localized to Maryland & Virginia. Like right when they started to blow up.
