I'd be curious what the hell it'd even take to trade for AB, not that his contract is moveable.

I imagine with Carolina it starts with something like Shaq Thompson + 2 1sts or something crazy.

Because the team that gets him only owes him the league min this year, and 3yrs/$36mil for the next 3 years, with only a roster bonus of $2.5mil due in 2019. So, you get AB's production for D-Jax or Randall Cobb money.

Bare min would be 1st and 3rds the next two years

 

In hindsight, the 1st round pick for Brandin Cooks seems like a steal for the Pats. Not that Cooks hasn't been great, but a 1st round pick is ultra value for a WR that you also have to then sign.
