I imagine the Eagles will trade for a receiver before the deadline when teams start to sell but I just don't think there was a lot available right now since its still so early in the year.

 

The only good thing is that him and Wentz are comfortable with each other.

 

My trade targets for the Eagles before the deadline:

Marvin Jones/Golden Tate
Devante Parker
Larry Fitzgerald (?)
JJ Nelson

Cardinals are god awful. I doubt they'll ever trade Fitzgerald without his permission given his stance in AZ but if this is his last year and the Cards are 1-5 or 0-6---might he consider it? JJ Nelson is probably a better fit for the Eagles anyway and he should definitely be available.

Lions are going to stink, as usual. Golden Tate is in a contract year, might he be available?

I would say Amari Cooper if the Raiders continue to go for a blow it up rebuild but they can't afford him. For that matter, they can't afford Fitz either.

Dolphins are going to win the Super Bowl and Al Wilson will be the MVP which means Parker should be available.

 

I think my preference would easily be Tate or Jones. Parker I want no part of.

 

Eagles can just draft N'Keal Harry next year and that'll be okay as well.
