my aunt had an extra ticket tonight to the Fresno State vs UCLA game and instead of giving me the ticket since my dad didn't want to go he told her to find someone else and I'm like????

his reasoning was because my grandma who doesn't even care about me is in town so I have to visit her and I'm like THIS IS BULL

watched their game against Washington and my god, that is an awful team. i feel like Johnson, Fitzgerald and Jones combine for more talent than all of Buffalo so they shouldn't be worse than them, but man did they look bad. maybe they looked worse than anticipated and that's why i'm so low on them, but i was not expecting Washington to move the ball so well against them (think Washington will be a .500 team this year) and pretty much stop everything they were trying. Bradford continue to be wtf terrible with check down passes 24/7 or the occasional overthrow by 10 yards.

it's only one week, but the Cardinals really, really suck.

oh, i did. i think it's just that i expected the Bills to be atrocious, i at least expected the Cardinals to be competitive and they didn't look that at all last week. again, Johnson alone has more talent than all of Buffalo combined, but they gotta make some major changes. their scheme and energy struck me the same as the Lions - nonexistent. Buffalo didn't have it either, but again, they knew they were gonna suck and not have it. Cardinals at least should have been excited to have Johnson back and NOPE nothing exciting there whatsoever lol

STUFF THAT WASN'T OUR FAULT
-So the call on Bouye was total bullshit. 7 points assisted to NE by the refs before halftime. Should have been 17-3 not 17-10 in the second half.

-The call on Ramsey was ticky tacky but fine, didn't matter anyway cause they didn't score

-Jack ABSOLUTELY was not down. Just rewatched and confirmed. The ball was out of Lewis possession before his knee hit the ground - the ball was not in Myles Jack's possession until the two were separated. Lewis' legs clearly land on the turf next to Jack. 7 points taken away from Jax.

-There is holding RIGHT in front of the camera on Telvin Smith on the 3rd & 9 Dion Lewis converted to win the game. Smith was THERE and got pulled by the shoulder pad for a good 3/4 strides. No flag.

Also, the Patriots were called for ONE penalty the whole game. ONE. Give me a MOTHER. FUCKING. BREAK. That's like a hockey game with no power plays.

On the Jaguars side we still should've won that bitch. We couldn't run or throw dinky little passes anymore in the third quarter but our D kept the score 20-10. But of course Bortles made dumb decisions when we had to open up the playbook in the fourth quarter.

-3rd & 7: Wide open pocket, angle route from Lee developing, but he rushes a short throw to Hurns who gets tackled. It looked like a designed playcall but, that was a 5 yard play on 3rd & 7, Bortles should've looked to his next read.

**then we stupidly called a bunch of zone defense with only a 10 point lead, which of course Brady ripped to shreds - scored a TD, converted a 3rd & 18 with Amendola, threw a damn flea flicker to Dorsett who caught it over Myles Jack**

-2nd & 9: Threw to Westbrook who didn't even have a step on Gilmore, when Lewis had a wide gap on a corner route

-3rd & 9: Threw to a covered Lewis on a short crossing route when Hurns was open on a deeper dig

**Then Nortman chooses NOW to have like, his worst punt of the season, setting New England up starting in field goal range after an Amendola return**
**Brady throws a perfect back of end zone touchdown to Amendola. That was just nice, and I hate him.**

-Didn't lead Fournette when he was covered by Trey Flowers with no safety deep on a wheel route, instead threw in a way that would have required him to like, dive inside toward the hash? What the fuck? A good throw here wins the game.

-3 yards to O'Shaughnessy on 3rd and 19. Real helpful.


We also ran on first down so much that it was predictable, and also allowed a couple bad sacks / pressures that weren't Bortles' fault. But in general we are gonna need more creative playcalling, they arent' gonna fall for all that runningback shit twice in a row. And we straight up need Bortles to be better in the fourth quarter. Can't beat Tom Brady if you can't sustain drives late in the game.
