On the basic level, yeah. And I think its why the Jets said it...they didnt want other teams to have that leg up going forward.

But on a bigger level, it means their OC spent the entire off season installing an offense that was predictable off tape study. Meaning even if they fix it for Week 2, the team Week 3 will probably figure out the new signals. So, they're gonna have to change things every week when they are used to things staying the same

 

Definitely could. But with how long the league discipline process takes, it might not come til late in the season. McCoy's thing was 3 months ago and all we know is he wont go on the commissioners exempt list. There's 2-3 others in similar situations.
