  1. to be fair you'd become unhinged if your coaches were Jason Kidd and I already forgot who the interim coach was

  2. was it you who posted that one ALCS thread about the Red Sox or whomever winning the series only for the Rays to come roaring back and every single person roasted you?

Honestly your point at the moment is moot. If the Packers can contain Mack for two games than it's worth discussion.

  5. honestly I think if they contain him on Sunday it won't be worth the discussion because he just started practicing with the Bears this week

It'll be more interesting later on in the season.

but the Packers have faced plenty of great pass rushers and defenses during Aaron Rodgers' tenure and they usually do pretty well against them mainly because Rodgers is excellent against the blitz. The Bears secondary is still fairly terrible too which will help.

I do expect Mack to get one or two sacks and for CarpetElf to give me shit however.

  6. and shit last year the Packers contained that Bears front four with an offensive line constructed of chewing gum and rubber bands and Brett Hundley was the QB.

Bell definitely not showing up now, that line is gonna set him up to die lmao

I'm not expecting Mack to be much of a factor Sunday night. Also, I expect you guys to blow them out and I don't get how that's a national televised game.

  9. because it's Bears-Packers and it's a "rivalry"

Is it bad that i'd pay to see that ? Lol.

The Bears are probably average to below average, I don't get how they decide it to be honest. Jags/ Pats should have been week 1 on a Sunday night.

  12. is that the 4:30 game? CBS probably protected it for themselves - can't each network bid an amount for important games? I know CBS paid a shitload to keep the Packers-Patriots game later this year

Oh most definitely, Fox paid a shit load to keep Eagles/Vikings.

Lol I wouldn’t blame you. The drama is even amusing for me, albeit somewhat bittersweet

It's funny, I'm trying to look at it from both sides but it's hard to. I completely understand why the o line would be super pissed.

  18. But seriously I’m not surprised by it but it’s weird that you have to mention something every single time I post anything about the Packers

Who is a nice low key pick for a Survivor Pool for Week 1? I know the Saints are the safest choice but I don't wanna waste them just yet.

Plz ignore me if this isn't a gucci post.

Bell is literally playing the Mack game, the difference is no one is gonna offer anything close to what the raiders got for Mack

What's interesting is if bell takes that 13-14m they offered him a year and a half ago he at least has a deal and can sit out after this year to get a new one but at least they have him an extra year? Idk this whole thing has seemed kind of odd

Thats basically the only way it makes sense. Not sure why you'd want the smaller GB market + the mega uncertainty of the Bears in the Sunday game vs NE/HOU.

I think CBS/FOX get to protect games until Week 5, and then NBC gets 2 moves through Week 10. Then its basically whatever NBC wants for the most part.

Also...damnit, my media market...I get BUF/BAL, WAS/ARI...instead of PIT/CLE or something watchable like that NE game.
