So where do we think Bell ends up next year?

  2. I cannot imagine the Steelers haven't been game planning for life without Bell.

  4. Cleveland. Baker Mayfield, Leveon Bell, Jarvis Landry, Josh Gordan. That offense would do some things.

I could see this happening. Leveon probably wants to stick it to em. They also have Todd Haley.

Hyde and Duke are both on three year deals, wonder if they would be able to cut one or both after this season? Can't see them carrying Bell, Hyde, Johnson, and Chubb.

I'd imagine Hyde would be the odd man out, Duke is valuable to them.

I kind of feel like the Steelers are dropping the ball at this point. Just trade the damn headache and avoid further problems.

Thinking the same. That'd be a loaded backfield and offense for sure. And I'd LOVE to see them take down the Steelers and own that division for years to come.

Honestly, they probably just convert Duke to a receiver.

  11. Their OL is already pretty good, adding Bell would make them wildly dynamic. Then they can just draft like wild on the defensive end to add to Collins, Peppers, Garrett, Ward, etc.

  14. How are the Steelers dropping the ball? They offered a contract they felt was fair, Bell didn't. Bell has every right to hold out until week 10 and lose 850K a week.

You can't just trade a player. You need to find a team willing to part with at least one first round pick (maybe two?). So who will do that right now? Is there a contender with enough cap space? Is there a rebuilding team that is willing to part ways with future picks to build their team on a RB?

    This is getting bad fast.
Worst part is that no team that trades for him can guarantee he'll resign, since they cant re-work a deal at this point. But seeing as he's gonna walk for no value after this season; and a 2020 3rd round pick is the best we'd get in compensatory...I'd rather trade him at 80c on the dollar at this point

Which, with the Steelers having re-worked a lot of money in the last week, they seem to be considering. They've reworked several million in cap space recently.
