Melvin Gordon stinks

 

Melvin Gordon doesn't stink.

 

Melvin Gordon has two fewer catches and touchdowns than Devante Parker.

 

He has never been over 4 ypc..he isn't good
He puts up numbers because he gets used a ton

 

His offensive line is garbage. He's still much better than Devante Parker. He averages 3.9 YPC. You're going to seriously tell me he stinks because he gets 3.9 YPC but Le'Veon Bell is elite when he has 4.0 YPC?

 

Melvin Gordon is better than the trash some teams are putting out on the field at the RB position.

Apparently we upped our offer to a 2nd rounder and then Seattle wanted even more. I guess we just say 'f it, no' and moved on.

 

Before we drafted KJ I would've loved Gordon in Detroit

I'm glad the Seahawks didn't give earl to the cowboys, I hope he signs with the raiders for Khalil Mack money in FA

Tyquan isn’t even the best defensive lineman they drafted in the second round

 

I was on the fence the whole time whether or not I wanted Earl.

Obviously he's an elite safety who would make an immediate impact, but he is 30 years old and the cost to sign him for 4 or more years would be significant and I'm worried about locking down Dak, Demarcus, and Zeke this offseason since we have something like top five in cap space or something this upcoming offseason.

 

i'm not a believer in Leonard or Turay. also not a believer in stocking up on picks to take risks.

 

Why? The colts are a rebuilding team

 

Also, it’s the draft. Every pick is a risk

 

You know, I get the Titans being shit on a lot but I think their defense will somehow be much better than last year

So far, Leonard has looked by far the best of the rookie defenders. (Granted it’s practice and preseason). I think he’s gonna be for real.

Turay is TBD but they’re certainly giving him (and Basham from last year) the chance to sink or swim

 

100% one of the most annoying things about the draft. Also, people looking at past drafts and saying this or that team is stupid for passing on x player kills me.

 

Yeah, if you are trying to rebuild, I don't like the idea of taking risks. Harold Landry, Josh Jackson, Donte Jackson, Justin Reid.

Boom. You now go from one of the worst secondaries in the league to one of the most promising young units in football.
