    The Real Azor Ahai

Wouldnt be surprised if the Ravens try to go after him. God knows they love fast, deep receivers. That being said, they’ll fuck him up cause its what they do. Really hoping for either them or Panthers tho

Guys the last day for us to franchise ARob is today

Has a team ever missed the franchise deadline, and then still worked out a long term deal in that 5 day window before free agency opened up?

    Hold me :brokenheart:

Seems weird. Maybe the FO knows something we don’t about how much he does/doesn’t want to be there.

I sadly have to hope that's the case. Leaving us with Keelan Cole and a meatsack filled with $10 million dollars isn't exactly an ideal situation.

Maybe we'll throw money at Norwell and Fleming and somehow steal Cleveland's two second rounders away and get a dope receiver and tight end.

    Or maybe everything is shit.

    The rivalry is back on

Zach Brown is the best ILB by a good bit. Vaccaro, Burnett, and Reid are all decent safety options.

    I'll take a Jalen Mills.

I actually think he's the most likely to move since Sidney Jones is taking his job next year.

Rasul Douglas is young but probably has little value since he didn't play much as a rookie. They want to resign PatRob. Darby has one year left.

If they move one, it's Jalen or Darby and I don't think they want to move Darby. Jalen, it is. I like Jalen but he's limited, if the Eagles can turn a 2016 7th round pick into a 2018 3rd, I'd be cool with it.

I honestly hope it's Darby, I'm just not fan of him.

Also you don't know what you have in Darby considering the dude is super inconsistent. I don't know, this team is better off with Mills honestly than Darby.

The cornerbacks as a whole were inconsistent last year outside of Patrick Robinson, he was pretty solid almost all the time. I think the Eagles view Darby/Jones as the 1/2 for a long time.

The issue you have with Mills is that he's slow. If/when Sidney Jones takes his job next year, Mills can't play inside (That's why they want to keep Patrick Robinson). Mills is an outside corner or perhaps a safety but it sounds like both McLeod and Jenkins are back next year. There just isn't a good spot to play him which is why I think he's the guy that gets moved if any of them do. He's dirt cheap (7th round pick cheap) for two more years. He's got value.

Flip side to that is Darby is under contract for one more year, he's obviously very inconsistent and say he has a shit year they obviously won't keep him. I don't know, I'm more of trade Darby now instead of letting him possibly walk next off season.

Issue is you let Darby walk and suddenly you are void of athleticism at the position. Mills/Douglas are similar players in that they are bigger/more physical guys and Sidney Jones is just a sound/technically good corner but he's not some athletic freak either. PatRob is on the backend of his career. I think Darby has the 2nd highest upside only to Sidney Jones.

Darby graded out as the #23 overall CB last year per PFF which is pretty good. Mills #60. I dunno, I like Mills...I just like the idea of Darby/Jones more since you have a guy similar to Mills in Rasul Douglas.

On that note, I wanna know what's going on with Curry. I'd rather trade or cut him. I don't see any need for him at this point.
