Four Buffalo drives. Four punts. No first downs surrendered. Seen pretty much all we need from the Browns starting defense tonight. Would have been nice for the offense to get more than a touchdown, but the way they got that one was encouraging. Excited to see what Baker and company can cook up.

 

I MIGHT actually draft Carlos Hyde this year

AJ McCarron is bad and has always been bad.

Bills should have signed Teddy B and drafted Lamar Jackson. That is all.

 

I thought the offensive plan was for them to get one quarter, but it seems like Hue wants to them keep working. We’ve seen plenty from Hyde. I think Hue knows how to use Duke so I’m not opposed to getting Chubb rolling.

 

The panthers OL seems kind of not as great as before

I’m clearly biased, but the two pass interference penalties seemed more like illegal contact based on the situations. I guess I need to read up on pass interference.

 

Playing the Bills is like you're immediately playing the second team.

 

I give Allen a lot of shit but he clearly has a higher ceiling than McCarron. He should start.

 

That was a good drive by Allen. Sucks we had that illegal hands to the face penalty. That is what always kills us. Supposed to get off the field and get flagged instead.

 

Oh yeah they 100 percent need to throw Allen in there and hope he learns to play football that way. Or go back in time and draft the heavily superior Josh Rosen

Seriously though through two quarters against Carolina and that drive, he has been mostly as expected. Some WOW throws, some "how do you miss that?" throws.

Much to my surprise he has surpassed my very low expectations.

 

Did not even know Logan Thomas was playing WR now.

I walked by a Browns bar today and saw like 10 Browns 2017 Preseason Champs shirts

 

My summer attire is a Homage t-shirt or raglan 90% of the time.

 

I think Josh Allen could be good, the Bills need to get him some receivers though.

 

Yeah he's a TE. Should be safe on the 53 man roster. All reports are that Thomas has really improved his blocking since last season and that Nick O'Leary is on the roster bubble as he's been passed for reps by Jason Croom (converted WR from Tennessee), Thomas and Khari Lee
