Deep Ellum is great for small shows. Fort Worth is mostly pretty badass and cheap.

 

Go to Villa Arcos and Brothers Tacos in Houston. Brothers always has an insane line but it moves. You can get three of the best breakfast tacos you’ll ever have for less than $8.

Trees in Deep Ellum usually has some great shows. There’s a dessert place that’s inside this bar down there but I can’t think of the name. It was random as hell but really glad we stumbled upon it.

 

I think you'd actually like Dallas but would probably never want to live there

I’ve seen and sat in DC traffic for 5 years of my life, and nothing else phases me after that. I promise you your city’s traffic is not quite that bad (don’t think anyone here is from LA)
