This is dumb. Nothing about Wash’s track record says we need to let him go. If someone hires him they’ll get a good DC who knows how to properly apply talent to the gameplan.

I’d be fine with hiring Bevell. His dismissal from SEA reminds me a lot of Arians when he left PIT to come to IND. I’d strongly prefer him to someone who is actively bad.
