That doesn't really matter haha. But also Ansah played for BYU, that's a bit different than UTSA. Davenport kind of just came out of nowhere, which I tend to question because even guys like Wentz and Goedert were talked about all year despite their competition. I think he could be good in Detroit. I think it's silly for someone like GB to take him with Arden Key on the board though. (Though Arizona did go Reddick last year lol)

 

Davenport was good last season too. He was an All-Conference player and played really well against bigger competition. He had a stretch of games in 2016 where he played out of his mind.

He was being discussed before 2017 started. Not as a top ten pick, but he was considered one of the better senior prospects in the country.

 

Strange. Never heard much of him, figured he'd be one of your "beware of senior bowl hype" guys haha.

 

He is one of those guys. He is a late first, second round prospect at best right now. And now we're seeing him mocked in the top ten...

 

Okay then I'm mostly on the same page as you, just ignorant to him prior to the end of the season this year.

I've seen him in the top ten once or twice and it's weird but I get people buying in on hype and going too far. But I've seen Christian Kirk in the top ten and that just baffles me. Also Calvin Ridley and Mike McGlinchey falling into the 30s is absurd. Mocks are silly haha

 

I’d be cool with the Eagles taking Davenport if there isn’t an OL/LB on the board at their pick. Embarrassment of riches type deal.

I was typing something about how WR1 is just a position on the depth chart but I misread. He's saying he's the TOP WR in the draft? LOL. That's just absurd. He's very good and underrated due to his drop problem (that I think is blown out of proportion a little bit) but he might not even be the best receiver known for his S/T work (D.J. Chark bb)
