I was like, hey. Day trip distance to 3 other Midwest cities and weekend trip distance to Chicago, St Louis, Nashville, Detroit, Asheville, Cleveland and Pittsburgh, I'm perfectly down with that variety since I love travelling, and would wanna play music venues in all those cities

Yeah but what am I day tripping to Indy and Louisville for haha why haha.

Yeah it’s pretty convenient as far as traveling for shows. Some tours skip the Midwest entirely, but usually there is a travelable place to go if there is a show you really wanna see. Usually Indy, Cinci or Columbus get a spot on a tour tho

I just need to go on tour or something because this is what happens, my wanderlust makes me start idealizing all the average places I could go lol

I haven't been there and going to bars / music venues / record stores and watching sports games and seeing parks and skyscrapers & shit in other cities always seems cool to me
