Well, the actual law is you cant get a license without insurance but insurance without a car for a 24 year old dude is stupid expensive. the other option, adding me to existing insurance, only works for sole owners. My roommates are married so for some stupid reason the DMV wouldnt accept me being on their insurance because my name wasnt on their account

Daniel Jones is a better prospect. Kyler Murray is more exciting. I liked Rosen coming out but his flaws are not things the Jags have proven they can work with. I feel like trading for Rosen vs drafting Haskins would be a wash.

This part is confusing. So, they basically can’t trade Bell?

If collective bargaining stipulates that teams who submitted offers are off-limits, that means only teams that didn’t want to sign him in the first place are eligible for trade. That’s backwards, how does that help collective bargaining? Of course a team that didn’t even submit an offer sheet to sign him certainly isn’t gonna fork over draft picks / players too.

So the transition tag, if the Steelers were to MATCH the offer then Bell costs two first round picks for another team to sign right? But the issue is they can’t afford that so other teams can simply outbid them and not have to spend draft picks?

I think the implication is that the Steelers can’t trade him if they match the offer sheet. Or to keep them from matching the offer sheet. But they can try to work out a trade before anyone sends in a formal offer (which someone could possibly do to get exclusive rights)

Especially considering that all this trade talk happens before the offseason officially starts and teams can formally send an offer sheet
