I wonder what the real market is for Brown. He's had the off field issues and potentially a locker room issue. Counterpoint is he is one of the best WRs in the game.

If Brown was like "top 5 last season" or something like that, with the off field issues, I'd think it MIGHT be a bit much but since he's like ... "top 3 this decade" I think it's definitely possible haha

I’d be happy with a first and a mid round pick/decent defensive player. If Cooper went for a first that’s fair enough. I’m so ready for this to be over

 

It's a good time for a Steelers "rebuild". They can increase the number of draft picks by trading Brown. They have a ton of cap space this year before any restructures. The problem is they cannot seem to hit on defensive back draft picks. Sean Davis might be okay now that he moved positions and the jury is still out on Edmunds. Burns is done though. If they can get a startable CB opposite of Haden and an ILB, another receiver (or James Washington takes a huge leap), maybe things wont be so bad.

Or they will suck so who cares.

 

Honestly, Ill take the first at this point. They should get more...but the leverage seems to go down by the day. And with their history of drafting WRs, they'll take a 1st, blow it on a shit DB or OLB, and in the 4th round draft the next guy we do this all over again with in 5-6 years
