This reminds me of Rolando McClain and all of his issues. He was such a beast with us in 2014.

 

If they're going to the refs in New York Game Day Central for reviews, the Game Day Central should be able to step in and make sure these no-calls don't happen. Sure, there's no flag on the field, but they should be able to stop the game when a blatant foul is not called.

 

100% agree.

The response to this game definitely should not just be "oops!"

 

I agree as well and I don't think the supposed "frequent" stops would be all that many in the end. Even then, if games are slightly longer the league makes more money and we're more likely to not have huge missed calls, so it's worth it.

 

CFL added challenging PI penalties and it didn't increase the game time that much

 

Who cares about how long the game takes? The prime concern is that the game is done correctly.

I'll argue to my death that that wasn't PI by Hitchens and have yet to see anyone prove that it was. Pettigrew grabbed his facemask and yanked him towards himself. It was Pettigrew's fault 100%.
