Oh dude literally 15 minutes I just checked. Hoover is a suburb of Birmingham. Why? Got family out there?

 

So far I’ve established contacts at The Fire and at Kung Fu Necktie. Obviously I’ve been down in FL for awhile so I’ll do much more Philly Work when I’m in Baltimore. Mostly I’ve played with a bunch of Philly bands down here but still working on venues

 

Kung Fu Necktie is awesome ! Also, the Milkboy on South Street is definitely a place to consider, as well as Johnny Brenda's in Fish town.

If chain restaurant BBQ is the best meal of your life, then I just really feel awful for you.

 

Are they a chain? Legit had no idea. We were driving from Nashville to New Orleans and were kinda stranded, and my brother wouldn't shut up for Brisket so I found this spot. It was super good. Maybe the best meal of my life is an exaggeration because Italy happened, but I greatly enjoyed that place.

 

I’m getting a Jim N Nicks in walking distance from my house in the next year or so and am hype about it

I live near Mobile. That's like a 4.5 hour drive for me. lol. My Grandma and all my Dad's side of the family lives in Bham/Hoover though.

I just don't know how well he is going to transition into a full time 3-4 OLB if that is what you guys are really going to do....at Washington, Chris Petersen and Co. run kind of a hybrid style defense and he was pretty good (obviously since he was a high draft pick) but he also played a lot of looks with the in the box safety kinda stuff (moreso after they kicked Marcus Peters off the team) and played a healthy amount of running back as well....so he kinda became a chess piece rather than mainstay piece at a specific position.

He's also bigger now than he was at Washington so I don't think he could really play that in the box role anymore...just be curious to see how he transitions.

 

I think we’ll see a big AFC East battle for Tre Flowers...
