Plus I'd rather keep Brandon Graham.

  3. It's crazy to me that like 50% of Philadelphia prefers Nick Foles over Wentz.

I mean say a 100 percent healthy Wentz plays yesterday, they may have beat the Saints. I only say that because Wentz is more explosive in play making ablity.

Foles doesnt take risks because he cant. That's it. He seems better because Pederson is a good coach and doesnt try and play Foles like Wentz and he doesnt just dilute his playbook for the backup.

You never know with Wentz. A lot of guys struggle in their first playoff game.

The real answer is you take neither and trade both away because Pederson is that good.

    The rivalry is back on

It’ll be a fitting end to the story when Sam Bradford comes back to Philly and ends up being the best QB of them all

    Jags 2019 2nd and 2020 Rams 5th for Foles
    Dolphins 2019 and 2020 1st and 2020 3rd for Wentz

Trade away ALL of those picks. Acquire 5+ 2021 first rounders. Trade that for 1st overall.

Yea, trade away foles and wentz. Get a guy who has more super bowls than both and his last name is Manning. He can't throw deep, he can't throw intermediate but he can check down within he best of them. Let's see Pederson try to make an offense around that.

A fun thing I never thought about is that we're probably having a lockout during the season that determines who drafts Trevor Lawrence

The Browns will probably rise to be the top team... in 2021.

People have been saying there's going to be a lockout for like the last decade, if not longer.

I'll believe it when I see it.

  14. The Alshon Bird Box meme is great and I've been emailing it to all the Eagles fans at work

The NFL refs would definitely survive in the Bird Box world.

Yeah, fingers crossed that it’s like 2011 where there’s a lockout, but it doesn’t really affect anything besides OTAs

Yeah, I just can't see a full on lockout happening. The NFL is way, way too profitable nowadays to let a season not happen.

Can't wait for the NFL lockout, get ready for the XFL to reign supreme and for people to jump ship

    just kidding, I hope

3 seasons is a pretty good chunk of time to evaluate how good a player is compared to his peers. Stats aren't 100% perfect to see who's better or whatever, but they give you a good enough idea to see where Dak is:

Player Season Finder Query Results | Pro-Football-Reference.com

    8th in completion percentage
    16th in touchdown percentage
    10th in interception percentage
    12th in passer rating
    16th in Y/A
    12th in AY/A
    14th in ANY/A

All that together and then adding in his rushing stats (nearly 1,000 yards, 18 touchdowns, and 13 fumbles) as well as intangible stuff like most 4th quarter comeback wins in the league since he was drafted, 3 good/great playoff performances, etc... puts him between 12th and 16th best quarterback in the league, imo

Yeah, we got lucky that he is turning out more like his 2016-ish self instead of late 2017/early 2018 self.

Ugh, what a joke. Linehan can't coach himself out of a paper bag.

    music and baseball.

Dak is fine. He's neither good nor bad. With a good roster and coaching you can win with him.
