Personally I don’t think rings should be factored into QB evaluations much, if at all

 

In the context of hall of fame voting, yeah probably not. Case in point: Eli Manning

 

I wish QB rating was just completely rid from any stat sites. In career rankings, Chad Pennington is ranked 14th ALL-TIME.

 

I keep wanting to create a more accurate table of stats for QBs. Especially stuff like adjusted sacks and adjusted interceptions.

 

The big thing I want to adjust is like, yards/scores gained from bubble screens being a part of the QB's production

ESPN definitely had good intentions when trying to create QBR to give a more accurate look than Passer Rating. Unfortunately, it sucks.
