Assuming it's true that the Browns are down to just Kitchens and Stefanski, the Browns KNOW what they have with Kitchens and how close his relationship is with Baker.

Well he's not just a defensive guy, he's literally split his career with both and was OL coach with the Giants before temple. He also always has good defensive staff. Also, monken is very good. He only called plays last year and they were 12th with friggin fitzmagic.

 

Yeah the Bucs really weren’t bad on offense they were..... dysfunctional

I was curious to see how other young coaches have faired in the league in history. Seems to be a mixed bag to say the least. Also Pittsburgh seems to almost exclusively hire young coaches. I didn’t realize how young Cohwer was. I mean it’s a life appointment, so you might as well get your moneys worth.

 

I was at Miami University when Sean McVay was a sophomore. I probably met him at some point.
