In that sense, he's 16th on your list which is essentially average, but I mean "good" in that he's good enough to win consistently, which he has.

And to others, Cooper not only looks great himself, he's absolutely improved the rest of our defense drastically.

For example, our 3rd down conversion rate was something like 29th in the league before him but were 1st in the league after the trade. It's mind boggling how much of a difference he made.

 

All that plus a playoff win, which he was instrumental in yet again, and hopefully more :)

I believe I've read that 3rd down conversion rate is one of the most important stats when it comes to consistent winning.

It keeps our offense on the field grinding away and letting our young defense rest in order to shit on the other team. LOVE it.
