Eh. The injuries we’ve suffered are pretty concentrated is how I would put it. Yeah overall we’ve had a normal “amount” of injuries... but our offensive weapons and offensive line in particular took a BEATING

It’s not normal to lose THREE left tackles and have to sign a fourth guy (Flowers) who got cut becuase he sucks. It’s not normal to have both TE go on IR before week 8. Losing your leading WR in the preseason also sucks even though Lee isn’t that good. Fournette has essentially missed 10 out of 13 weeks and our speed back Grant is on IR as well.

We are more injured than normal for damn sure. Just not on defense. This is a time I expected Todd Wash and our supposedly elite defensive talent to step up and carry the team better than they have done. The fact that a mostly healthy Jags defense didn’t respond to the call of adversity sent out by our offense is a bad, bad look on our defensive coordinator

 

I'm more so talking about Defense. Offense has been bad, but Jags offense always suck. The discussion in my mind is more about what has lead the defense to suck.

Weirdest part is they have been winning without him and basically have the playoffs locked up. Sit him until he's 100% and have him for the playoffs. Because another setback and he goes to IR

 

I love Bill O'Brien. He's basically Mike Tomlin if Mike Tomlin failed upwards for a career.

 

You’re really underrating him then. He is both one of the best athletes and arguably the most prepared mentally at the WR position.

He’ll run a low 4.5 and jump 38” at 6’3” 220 lbs and you’ll love him.

1. I made the good post AFTER the Harmon post so what was said previously is irrelevant
2. "special" is definitely overrating him, which you are prone to do when you see a player you like haha. he's good. if he has a good combine he may sneak into the first. unless he runs a 4.4 though that ain't happening
