I don't see McKenzie ever get blamed for not being able to keep Mack, he's said he desperately wanted to keep him. Everyone blames gruden/Davis, I don't think McKenzie is that great but idk if Mack was ever totally on him at all, and they got a solid return from his trade at least

This looks really funny the day after a win where his recent 1st rounders played well, recent FA signings were the difference, and where the guy he was forced to trade away dominated a top NFL team...and the other guy he got 1st round value for put up what seemed like 10,000yds and 15 TDs on the former SB champs

Funny part is Bruce Allen is gonna get fired in Washington and come to Oakland and fuck all those draft picks up in new and comical ways.

So here's the thing that bugs me when the Pats lose a game like they did last night.

If he keeps having explosive games, absolutely. I will eat crow on Amari Cooper if this keeps up because he's been going nuts. A 90 and a 75 yard TD the last 3 weeks, where has that shit been in Oakland

I'd pay a 1st rounder if it would truly transform my offense like that. I didn't see this coming from Dallas or Cooper at all. It just sucks they still gotta resign him but at least they get first dibs.

 

Sometimes all it takes is a change of scenery. Also helps that Dallas has a running game

 

On the flip side though there are a lot of sick WR in this draft. Almost reminds me of 2014, though there probably isn't an OBJ in this class. I'd be happy with a lot of guys.

also, isn't Brady (and thus Bill) 7-10 in Miami since Brady became starter? it's not like it's unheard-of for New England to lose in Miami.

Especially when the Pats primary competition shit the bed too. Steelers crumbled in Oakland. Texans lost to keep the bye on track. Chiefs and Chargers had to eke out wins against backup QBs.
