Is it true Butch Jones was recruiting JJ Watt and told him if he came to his program he’d play TE and not DE?

Yup he did, and he went there and played TE. Butch then tried to move him to OT and Watt left for Wisconsin as a walk on.

 

He's gotta be thinking about retirement, I mean that type of injury at his age is brutal.

My favorite players in the league are anyone who kneels for the anthem plus Baker Mayfield.

 

I think Troy Aikman, Emmittt Smith and Tony Romo are the only Cowboys I truly ever liked.

 

Oh yeah my other favorite players are whoever plays the Cowboys. Unless it’s Washington then I hope both franchises go bankrupt and fold over the course of the four quarters.

Actually, I used to root against the Cowboys and be happy when they lost, but now I think I’m enjoying their perennial barely contending pattern cause it’s kept them locked into Jason Garrett and now they’re going to have to pay Prescott about $100 million more than he’s worth to further reinforce the cycle so I’m cool with their modest success.
