Im not sure there is a true top 3 right now. Its Gurley and Bell (when playing)...maybe you slide Elliot in there...but the 2nd tier is a lot of similar dudes.

Elliot, Barkley, Conner, Hunt, Gordon, DJ, Kamara, CMC...all feel pretty interchangeable based on your blocking scheme and offense.

These are the things that would make me want CMC if Im running a quick attack offense with lots of screens and slants. Cause how the hell do you stop him with a LB or standard safety? Whereas if Im doing a more grind it out style, I obviously want Barkley or Elliot.

But yeah, he's got ahead of James White in receiving AND he's a top 10 RB in rush yards.

I think Hunt benefits from a powerful spread offense, that enables him to gash the middle, because defenses can’t commit to the trenches like they would against most teams. Meanwhile Fournette has no passing offense and has had an OC that openly invites defenses to run blitz the middle all the time.... while throwing no toss plays to him, and giving him limited chances to get the ball in space.

TLDR Fournette and Hunt are tied for me,

and Hunt has been far more productive because of a gameplan and offense so good that he can’t even be targeted by opponents. Plus they willingly throw him screens and RB routes and he’s like the 5th option so he doesn’t get guarded. While Fournette basically has to carry us by himself. Straight up the middle between defensive tackles. The whole game.

 

Oh yeah it definitely depends on scheme. That's why Gurley is #1 haha. Barkley is probably #2 based on this year alone.

 

We did have a LG oven but it broke and the conventional bake part stopped working so you could only use convection and it couldn't go above 325 F and apparently they stopped making the part that would fix that so we had to buy a whole new oven because capitalism sucks
