Something is definitely wrong with Russ. It might be that his decline has started.

His 3 point shot and his FT percentage have pretty much cratered.

A career 80% FT shooter is now in the low 60s. It was in the low 70s last year. It’s enough of a sample size that it can’t really be dismissed.

 

Shooting a career high from 2 point though at 54%

He’s looked better honestly in regards to defense and play making this season. Having a bunch of guys that are so good defensively probably helps with his defense.

 

Raptors have clippers warrior blazers and nuggets between now and sunday, great time for the bucks to make up some ground.

 

Westbrook has been playing great as the Thunder have improved. He's facilitating more and playing good defence instead of trying to do everything himself.

 

I don’t see that version of Russ being very useful, though.
