I feel like I'm an idiot when I say I can't believe the votes for Harden over Lebron wound up being a rout because I feel like maybe I'm missing something. Like maybe I wasn't watching the same NBA season that everyone else was. Not that Harden doesn't deserve it, but... Lebron had maybe the best all-around season of his career, 15 years in, with a bunch of borderline replacement-level players around him.

I hate talking about individual awards in any sport but LeBron is so beyond good that everything he does is expected and honestly, probably taken for granted by most people at this stage of his career. And the worst part? If he doesn't play like a out of this world superstar night after night, he gets criticized to no avail. Of course LeBron is the MVP. Did you see the piece of shit team he dragged to the Finals? After all the turmoil the team went through all year long? One of the biggest feats of his career.
