    Just a friendly reminder

I don't think that the Raptors actually made that offer.

  2. it obviously doesn't matter to the Lakers if they are offering that my point is I can't believe New Orleans thinks they'll get something better

I really think they're gonna hold out for the Celtics in the offseason, and Danny is gonna be a schmuck and be like "we'll give you Brad Wannamaker and something called "Dabusele" but you gotta throw in a pick or two."

The entire Lakers roster of useful players and 6-8 picks lmao good luck Pellies

  5. the other thing New Orleans needs to worry about is that Danny Ainge - to his credit - has swindled every single team he's traded with and that's what would happen to the Pellies.

If the Bucks were somehow able to get AD without blowing up the team, they'd be a finals lock for like the next 3-4 years, right?

  10. well they'd be a Finals lock this season but I dunno how the next few would go. They can't afford two supermaxes and then contracts for Middleton/Bledsoe/Brogdon etc

they'd either need Giannis to sign for less than the supermax (highly unlikely) or just roll like the Heat were you have 2-3 superstars and just fill in the rest of with ring chasing dudes and rookies

it's weird because I really don't know what the best option is for the Bucks

I really don't wanna lose Brogdon or Bledsoe. They're both playing way better this year than last and both are guys you want shooting late in the 4th. How many times has Brogdon totally iced a game with a 3 this year? Seems to happen almost every other week. Middleton on the other hand, there's a lot of guys that would help the team a lot more for the same amount of money.

  12. it's fucking insane and it sounds ridiculous when I type it because Anthony Davis is one of the 3 best players in the NBA but I don't think he makes the Bucks any better than what they are right now lol

  13. Kuzma and Tatum aren’t much different. Ingram isn’t far behind either. Pels are being stupid.

  14. if the Bucks were to make a trade for AD their best course would be to try to include a third team

  15. I honestly believe Ingram might be better in the long run

As much as I like to trash Tatum for being only 19 year old, and as much as I like Kuzma because I used to see him play in high school, this definitely isn't true

Tatum profiles as a more diverse offensive player and a much better defender. It's hard for me to imagine Kuzma getting much better than a league average defender, and Tatum has the ability to be a much more efficient scorer

You could sell me on the idea that Ingram will end up better than Tatum, and I think it's definitely possible, but I would not bet on it

All that said, the Pelicans are being stupid for turning this down lol

  19. It’s also apparent the Lakers aren’t concerned with this season. They’ll give up whatever it takes to get AD and then build around Bron and AD in the summer.

Brogdon was so much fun to watch last night, he has a really nice jump shot that i've never noticed on tv.

Of course this happened. I don't know if he was on the table at all, but I imagine he isn't any more. There's probably very little chance they deal Vucevic now, though I don't know if they were anyway. Odds are they're going to use the same short-sighted approach they've been employing since Dwight got traded and gun for that last Playoff berth rather than tearing things down and trying to assemble a more compatible team. So it goes.
