How many picks can you send in a deal?

I’m sure it’s not the most attractive option but a ton of picks, Knox, DSJ, Robinson/etc isn’t that bad

 

I want the bucks to do it, and leave everyone SHOOK

but they would have to gut the team essentially so probably not likely

 

Lakers championship odds in Vegas improved today, so take that for what you will lol

yeah now that he has announced teams he would sign long term with, the flood gates for a deal to get done is probably imminent

 

The important thing is that the Knicks can offer the most attractive pick of any of those teams with their 2019 first. That could be 1 overall. But will certainly be near the top 5ish.

If that’s what NOLA values, it could be tempting.

 

If I were a Bucks fan, I think I'd rather not hear this.

 

Detroit has apparently talked/wants to talk to Memphis about Mike Conley but I'm not sure if I feel like losing more 1st round picks :(

 

Conley/Blake/Drummond isn’t a bad trio tho

 

I think it’s fair to assume that if NOLA valued KP, the Knicks would have known that and not pulled the trigger with Dallas.

My guess is that KP’s people used the threat of signing the QO to steer things.

Yes. I know most of the teams on that list are bullshit anyway but if they wanted LA to really go all in then he should've mentioned Toronto.

And I think in a trade scenario between those two teams that the Raptors would have to take someone like Soloman Hill as well just to match salaries around Ibaka, JV, Siakam + picks and whatever else.

It will be curious to see what the Pels value. Are they tearing it down and trading AD, Jrue, etc.? In that case, they’d want picks / young assets.

Or are they more SA and want quality players. If that’s the case, Toronto or Milwaukee could compete.

Of course, Boston can offer it all.

I think we'd have to trade Drummond to Memphis in the case anyway just to have salaries match. Because Memphis SURELY isn't going to take Reggie Jackson off our hands.

That Charlotte trade that was talked about wasn't....that bad I guess. I think it was Dre for Batum/Monk and a first round pick.

But Batum also has a really bad fucking contract.

I'd hate to move Reggie Bullock because he's a great dude but after seeing that Rodney Hood trade yesterday, I don't see why we couldn't get a similar return in terms of second round picks/etc.

 

I hope we get a team from out of nowhere that trades for him

I wish we'd just blow it up and move on from Blake and Drummond. I love Blake, but he deserves so much better than this.

Realistically, they'll probably take Jackson since he's only got one more year on his contract. If we include our 1st I definitely see them taking it

Yep. And my worst fear is trading our picks just to get the 8th seed and then get first rounded. Or in the case of last year, trade the pick and just do nothing.
