Another deal being rumored is DSJ/Matthews to the Knicks for Hardaway Jr. and Frank Ntilikina. Dallas would get stuck paying Hardaway for another two years as opposed to Matthews' expiring deal, but I could see them pulling the trigger anyway.

They definitely would. Mavs wanted Frank in the draft

 

I like Frank and I don't want the Knicks to give up on him, but dumping that THJ contract would be cool.

Not really sure why the Mavs would want to trade a project for another project + an awful contract

 

Yeah I hate that idea tbh. I get it if the front office REALLY wants Frank but I just don't think it's a net improvement, and I'm tired of the team being bogged down by bad contracts.

 

Not a fan of dumping THJ but I'm all for getting DSJ in NY
