Fox currently has a PER of 19, but Lonzo is definitely making his team better with a PER of 11. He's also shooting 41% from the stripe this season, and a hair under 44% for his career. I guess that gets people talking?

 

Everyone knowing and talking about Lonzo is because he's better and has nothing to do with being on the most famous team and having a reality show father

 

Shaquille O'neal was a famously bad FT shooter, also for the Lakers, and he was great.
