Man.... Mitchell this season smh

 

I really expected Mitchell to make a leap this season. Maybe average around 24/25 on decent shooting

Sophomore slump is real

 

Is he really struggling? I haven't watched much nba so far this season (largely due to my commute making it difficult) and only really started watching any games the past couple of weeks. I just remember him being amazing to watch during the OKC/Utah playoff series.

 

He thought he arrived and is going full hero ball way too often. The “rookie” stuff looks even worse in hindsight.

 

Did anyone post this? If so, I missed it. I've been in tears from laughing for ten minutes

 

My favorite thing I saw tonight was Draymond Green making a 3 and yelling at the Mavs bench.... it was his 2nd made 3 since the start of November.

 

The thing about the Jazz is they lack shooting badly and have for like 5 years, it's why they made the move for korver to begin with. Defense matters but this isn't the 90s.

 

The Jazz will be alright. Probably not the top seed contenders people thought they would be, but that was predicated on Mitchell taking a step up. Their schedule has been brutal so far
