i supposed. but like, "latching on to win rings" is pretty much why anyone joins a team, whether they're a superstar or not. and it's why Green took less on his last contract - to stay and win rings. not defending either party, it's just the way it is i think.

also interesting that Green would bring up KD's free agency in the middle of a tied game going to OT. like, clearly it's on Green's mind at an odd time. i wonder if it's the same for other players or just Green 15 games into the season.

 

maybe draymond just sees the writing on the wall that the dubs value kd more than him. if i'm the warriors though i'd let green go way before kd. also as a fan, i'd like the warriors so much more without him. i get why people don't like kd, but draymond just annoys the shit out of me as a player.

 

That is true. But KD’s attitude probably makes it different than when a role player type guy joins a top team.
