Butler thing is really weird. He’s forcing a trade, the Wolves don’t want to do one that screws them on value, he gets more upset that a deal isn’t done, his value decreases making it tougher for the team to make a deal.

I don't feel bad for thibs, it's hard to believe this happened completely out of nowhere and it's clear they didn't plan for it but hey they HAD to go and sign Derrick rose and already signal he'll take those minutes. Thibs will be fine, he'll just never have gm power ever again when he's a HC again. Who I do feel bad for is wolves fans, who knows what they'll end up with.

You don't think if he becomes a top assistant his name will be on lists for every team? I just don't see that. They'll all claim it was that he had total power that was the problem and if they have a good gm to guide him, it wouldn't happen or whatever.
