Didn’t Kerr say before the game that there wasn’t a risk of re-injury for KD? Going to assume that was based on what the medical crew told him and KD. And if so, they may be in a world of trouble if whatever KD suffered had anything to do with his current injury or impacted it in any way if it’s a new injury

 

Sixers fans were definitely out of line there, but honestly I wouldn't at all say the two crowd reactions are comparable.
