i get that - but like, is he medically cleared to play? has his "team" of doctors or whatever cleared him or is he still in treatment?

If he fails his physical, the Raptors could void the trade. Doesn't mean they have to though. I.E. the Cavs/Boston trade last year. IT failed his physical and the Cavs thought about voiding the trade for a week, but then decided to go through with it anyway.

 

The NBA does not have an Injured Reserve list. Just an Inactive list. A player could be fully healthy and be on the Inactive List.

 

i wonder how much he has to play. like, does 10 games do the trick? half the season?
