I'm still not 100% comfortable with this, but I said F it and accepted since it won't process until the 27th so I get another game out of Jones. 1 minute before the deadline lol

I flushed my depth for this but this week of waivers was so deep that it was worth the risk. I had high waiver priority and knew I’d either get DJ Moore, Gus Edwards, or Tre’Quan Smith... and then ended up with Frank Gore and John Ross too.. so I was like fuck it I need to maximize my starters

I kinda miss Cooper though. His schedule is easy peasy down the stretch and he has nowhere to go but up, really, since he’s in a new offense

 

Fun to look back on this kind of stuff

Still worth trading for a feature back though - I don’t think he’s gonna do that again this season so I feel like I traded him at JUST the right time.

Well, with Melvin Gordon's injury, I am glad I traded for Ekeler. I am not glad that my team shit the bed this week in a game I very much needed to win.

 

I still have a TE left to play actually!

This game bodes very well for my playoff chances. If I can get another win and finish 8-5 it won’t matter that I’m near the bottom in points lol

 

Be glad I didn't have Goff or Hill and I chose the wrong Pats RB lol.

 

Oh, but in the end you started who you started. We can all point to our benches when we lose. If I didn’t pick up Gus Edwards, Ekeler gets me 21 points instead of his 11, lol.
