What's up with this and Festival d'ete de Quebec both being 7/6-7/16?

 

I'm pretty sure it's been like that in the past too. It's a very similar type of festival and not too far from each other for artists to play both.

Lost Lake Festival No names yet but a brand new festival coming to phx in October by creators of Bonnaroo and Outside Lands.
