What a game last night... I initially wasn't planning on staying up to even watch the puck drop since it started at 10 and I had to wake up at 4:30AM. But then I had a beer, and then 4 more and next thing I know game over, Ducks win. Shocked at such a short break until the next series. This can definitely be another 7 game series.

 

Hoping for a Preds sweep, I don't like them pesky ducks

 

I have a ridiculous streak I need to keep alive so I need the Predators to win. Pretty much boils down to if I visit your city and I've never been there, they'll win a title that year. This would be 6 haha.

If the Sens win in 5, just put Karlsson in the hall of fame at that point.

I think Sens don't stand a chance against the Pens, but then I remember I was thinking the same thing about the Preds in 1st round against the Hawks and we all know how that turned out.

Everyone thinking the Pens will win has me nervous.

 

I think if the pens scrap out a win they'll get destroyed by a western team, either way they aren't repeating. Maybe if the sens like lose focus and lose in 5 but I highly doubt that.

Then Ducks in 7 in the finals.

Preference: Leafs are brought back into the playoffs via some kind of Survivor-style voting thing, the entire Pens roster decides they'd rather play for Toronto 'cause winning a Cup here is way more enticing, we then sweep Ottawa, and then the winner of Anaheim/Nashville forfeits out of sheer terror.

 

I feel like it's the other way around but sure thing sens haha

 

I love the Ducks going into this series as The underdog

 

But the preds are the worse seed

 

Yeah I'd say the ducks are the underdogs given the way the preds have been playing so far. Going to be a great series.

 

I think the WCF has the potential to go the distance, and multiple overtimes of course.
