or maybe this is a space jam scenario, where the Pens had all their skill jacked real quick by an alien hockey team. Because the change from just a couple games ago is staggering.

 

It's going to be amazing to bring back all these comments on Wednesday when the Pens win the series.

 

LOL the Pens got to double digits in shots with 16+ minutes to go in the third.

 

I would love it if that were true but are you watching this game? Pens look like they've never played hockey before.

Had a feeling caps would end up winning tonight, color me shocked if they don't get blown out or lose in some crazy ass heartbreaking way on Wednesday.

 

I'm clearly being dramatic, but the fact that the Pens straight up didn't show up for a playoff game, an elimination game at that, does not inspire confidence.

 

I've seen some poop games before being a Pens fan but this is the poopiest of them all.

Pittsburgh's been playing pretty poor all series, Game 2 aside. Bleeding chances & not getting any sustained pressure except on the counter-attack. Caps finally scoring on their opportunities and the counter-attack for PIT is non-existent with how well WSH is controlling the puck. Pittsburgh's defense is also awful right now. No one can make a pass.

 

Pens fans booing the team earlier and now cheering for a pointless garbage time goal lol

 

Chanting Holtby after he saved like 39 straight is fucking pathetic

...but maybe it'll work...

 

Looks like a Canes game in that arena right now

 

they probably paid like $1000 to be there so at that point I even cheer for a goal

 

So every fan base basically..

 

It's been one year since they won a cup how will they survive
