As a Bills and Sabres fan I know suffering and have been subjected to so many bad calls at the ends of games. Unfortunately, when it happens like this did, I say that it's equally my teams fault because they shouldn't have been in a position for that bad call to cost them the game. They should've been in position for a shutout at that point!

 

Missed calls on either side. The Oilers' third goal came within seconds of a blatant high stick/ embellishment penalty and it wasn't called.

I'm sick and tired of the ref complaints every year, if only due to the fact that there's no substantial evidence to show that any one team is favored over another. Youre not going to have any fun with it if you can't tell yourself that these refs are only human and that calls even out over time.

 

Missed calls/bad calls are not equal to bad reviews. Bad reviews do not necessarily even out over time. They need a completely overhaul of the system and it's a pretty simple fix. The off-site refs need to make the call for goal reviews. Ipads are not good enough.
