Poorly worded on my part then, was at work and the words I quickly put down didn't reflect the sentiment I had in my head.

Was also just pointing out for future reference and acknowledging my mistake in dragging out non playoff talk in the playoff thread.

Congrats on Darling. He's a very good goalie. But more importantly, he is fun as hell in our online goalie community.

Okay fine, it's probably more important that he is very good, and will likely get better.

 

As a Long Islander, and as a hockey fan with more than ~1/100 of a brain, my Milbury vaccine has been injected for decades.

He's a fuckhead. That's an actual clinical term. Don't look it up, I checked.

Him dissing Subban is the perfect storm of my feelings. Milbury is the worst, and PK is the best.

Yeah, he needs to do better on all those breakaways and odd man rushes he faced tonight.

I'd normally expect him to steal at least one of those three, but he wasn't out there letting in soft stuff. Shattenkirk was out there clowning. Goal one - ENTIRELY on him.

So the Holtby pull was semi-because of play, but largely because of "Hey! This almost never works, but let's give our team a *spark* and start fresh with a new goalie!" I only got to see a minute or so into the third. I saw they pulled Holtby and I assume all their flaws were corrected and they won 4-3? Oh.

Holtby had a bad game on paper. He didn't have a bad game on ice. The team did.

Should have had Demarco Murray sing the anthem.

I still literally have no idea who some of these smaller NSH players are.
