I don't know how I feel about this. Maybe I need to read more about it, but seems a little arrogant of someone who has only played 2 seasons and was injured for like 2/3 of one of the seasons??

 

The story is, the players largely want Bylsma gone, so they asked Eichel, being the most valuable member of the organization and thus the one with the most leverage, to bring their concerns to Murray during his exit interview. Don't know if he actually said he'd refuse to sign if Bylsma stayed on, but if true, it was likely just an attempt to strong-arm management.

From all accounts, he's an awful coach. Pens and Sabres fans haaaaaate the dude.

I don't hate the guy being that our coaches before him were Ron Rolston and Ted Nolan. He seems like a God in comparison . Upper management is worse in my eyes

 

No suspension for Draisaitl. Just a fine.

 

I'm a little annoyed how he didn't get a suspension.

 

In no way am I defending Drai's actions because like I said before it was the dumbest part of that whole game, but at least he had some form of punishment. I know this is the typical thing to bring up with this kinda stuff, but Crosby didn't even get 2 minutes in the box for doing the same thing.

Again, NOT defending what Leon did. It is frustrating though because it's really out of his character.

Part of me is enjoying watching the Leafs lose just out of spite for all the fans getting super bent out of shape about it. We're a team filled with children just coming out of a scorched-earth rebuild playing the President's Trophy winners. Like... what the crap do you expect? Calm the shit down.

 

At least we didn't get shut out in what will eventually be a blowout. All the fans paying $500 to watch your team get blown out is hilarious.

I can't wait to check in on the Blues/Wild game later tonight and find out that Allen has like a 30 save shutout while Dubynk has only stopped like 6 saves and allowed one goal.

 

I have now been to two playoff games and have seen zero Bruins goals, so I think I'm done going to games
