But I mean how can you really fault someone for wanting to make a record about the state of the world in 2017, whether you like the album or not?
Some goodies. In this order, but not on purpose: 68 - two parts viper He is Legend - Few Sorority Noise - you're not as _____ as you think Code Orange - Forever Can't Swim - Fail you again Hundredth - Rare White Reaper - The world's best American band Portugal. The man - Woodstock And really digging the Oso Oso album The Yangon Mixtape recently as well. Lastly, a new album I'm checking out that I saw on these here fine lists: Overcoats - Young
That doesn't make it over rated lol. The ratio of people who complain about it to people who actually like it's about 5:1 from what I've seen
On this site especially you're probably right about that. I dunno, it's something a decent amount of people seem to really like a whole lot that is just terrible to my ears. To me that makes it overrated. Whatever though, agree to disagree.
I respect both Josh and Fleet Foxes for making super dense records that are pretty uncompromising in their vision. I just have trouble getting through the Father John Misty LP.
Adding: Paramore - After Laughter Sunlights Band - The Blackest Volume (Like All the Earth Was Buried)
I'd never been a huge Spoon fan before this album, but I thought this album was great. Production on it was top-notch.

For me, that's exactly why ATP stuck...I've loved their entire discography and they've been a favorite band of mine for years, but ATP speaks to that nostalgic acceptance that my 20's are over, have a family now...all that stuff.
Yeah, I just recently listened to the Vince Staples album and it definitely belongs somewhere in my top ten. Maybe Lorde too. I also have a ton of shit to catch up on so my current list might not even be close to what it would normally be.
Menzingers Paramore Tigers jaw Sorority noise Feist I have about 20 more that I really like, but the new MO will probably end up being my number one, we will see. I really like after the party
+ Emperor X - Oversleepers International Portugal. The Man - Woodstock Lorde - Melodrama Bleachers - Gone Now Creeper - Eternity, In Your Arms (it's fallen off a lot for me but still) there's a decent top 20
gonna have a combined list of about a dozen esteemed chorus users that also like fantasy sports very soon, will post here when that is compiled
