A couple of questions. Is there a specific day we are doing the mock draft? And are we supposed to draft based on what we think that team would do, or what we would personally do?
When we have 32 slots filled, hence people taking multiple teams. You can do whichever you want honestly, up to you how you draft players.
Probably. Doesn't mean Allen isn't the best player in the draft anymore than Mack was when the Texans locked in on Clowney.
I like Allen, but I'm drafting Garrett number one. Between his production and lack of character issues, it's a pretty easy pick imo. San Fran is on the clock, really. My actual work will be on the #12 pick. Question, are we doing just the first round or multiple rounds? If it's just the first, I can take another team or two.
We draft until people basically give up consensusly so like three or four rounds at least, sometimes more if people keep up. You can take two more teams if you want.
I just have a higher grade on Garrett. Plus, I know for a fact our front office has a really high grade on Garrett, so it's a pretty easy marriage of my opinion and the team's opinion coming together. I actually do see a scenario where I take Foster at #12. I know the latest bits of news, but that guy is a freak. The idea of lengthening the LB corps is intriguing. To have Collins and Foster on the inside is some real shit haha. However, I think the team likes Kirksey and he did play well last year. I think Foster, a DB, or QB is the play at #12 for Cleveland. It's just a matter of how the board looks.
2016 was a bad year for this place.....the death of AP Madden and it feels like the mock draft team is on it's way to a slow death, as well.
Ap had a lot more people joining all the time that made it easier for things like this to fill up, chorus just doesn't.
I kind of feel people were in debt to ap and just didn't feel strongly about Chorus. When everything switched over we tried doing the draft and it didn't work out.
