Oh, then change "three sacks against Jacksonville" to "arrested for marijuana possession halfway through reading this sentence."
Steelers select: Duke Riley, LB, LSU I mostly expect Pittsburgh to let Timmons test free agency, and if they do, I expect him to find something elsewhere. Vince Williams is an adequate backup for the LB positions, but Pittsburgh clearly does not see him as an answer. Riley is a sure tackler who can be trusted in coverage situations, which make him an ideal replacement for what Timmons did in the rotation. From what I've seen, he can be stud next to Shazier.
Taking an LSU player higher than I would...bold. Never take a Husker higher than I would though. Don't ever do that.
With the 64th pick, the New England Patriots select Montravius Adams DT / Auburn Tigers! Versatility is the name of the game with this pick.
With the 65th pick, Cleveland Browns select: Cordrea Tankersley - CB - Clemson At this point, the Browns could go many ways since upgrading talent is the main objective and we don't know what FA moves will be made. OL depth, help at safety, and pass rush depth all could be justified. QB still doesn't make sense here. If this draft is any indication of how the QB's go, picking one at 12 seems likely. I like the idea of being multiple in the secondary as well as the value here. But so far, to come away with Garrett, Lattimore, Smith-Schuster, Njoku, and Tankersley would be a heck of a haul and talent upgrade. @tkamB is up with San Francisco.
