Spagnulo loves having as many rushers as possible and different fronts. His effort and motor are solid and he's not going to give up on plays. Things like that matter when your offense can't do anything in games to seal the deal. Also jpp coming back is a question mark, until that changes I think this is where they'll go. Melifonwu is physically gifted. A great athlete with great size. He's a former CB and can probably play either safety spot but is better suited at SS due to his physicality and ability to get into the backfield. Appears to be solid against the run and takes great paths to the ball carrier. Used his prior experience at CB to rack up 4 INTs in 2016. He also had 118 tackles. He is an all-around great prospect. Size, athleticism, production are all there.
