Same considering it sounds like Mason is going to get 4....and I like Mason but meh.

It's probably going to be three until Carter Hart is ready to step in so it makes sense but yeah, two probably would have been preferable

Curious to see the $$$ but I really wanted him back so this makes me happy.

this whole thread is really good and I agree with Drai should be paid around $6 - $7 million but anything over is sketch.

So we traded one of the backup goalies and a useless defenseman for an AHLer and a pick. Can't complain. Retaining salary doesn't matter because we aren't even at the cap floor right now. We actually have slightly more room than before the trade.

I'm thinking Francis has another move in mind. He knows he has to find a top 6 forward this offseason.
